Maybe you need some help sorting through all the information you’re receiving?
Or maybe you want someone on your team that is focused on you and your health & wellbeing.
You’re in the right place!
But, wait … what does this even look like?
So glad you asked! At the risk of sounding like a broken record - transitioning into the new life role of being responsible for another human being is intense.
Every part of your self has been changed - your routines, your relationships, your priorities. Sometimes (… dare I say often?) those changes can be complicated and can leave you feeling isolated or unsure of yourself.

We chat about all of the different areas of your day-to-day that are important to you and, together, sort out the challenges and come up with solutions.
… Who is Katie?
Katie combines 14+ years as an occupational therapist with 11+ years as a mom to deliver thoughtful, genuine, useful information to the women she works with.
As an occupational therapist, she has worked in a variety of pediatric settings and most recently, in her private practice providing support to children and their families in their home environment.
As a mama of three, she has been right where you are. She has navigated the maze of pregnancy, delivery and postpartum three times and each time has been drastically different than the one before.
She brings personal experiences, paired with professional knowledge, to provide you with a truly comprehensive approach to postpartum maternal support.
This sounds like just what I need, but what can I expect?
When you submit an inquiry form, Katie will contact you to book your free discovery call for a day and time that best fits your schedule.
During that quick call, she will get a little bit of information about you (the basics!) and share info about her programs in more detail & follow up with an email.
Once we get started together, we schedule visits around your schedule and locations is based on what feels best to you.
Then, we dive in!
One last question - dive into what??
Often, the most challenging part of postpartum life is navigating all of the new & different … emotions, roles, body, routines - it’s all kind of brand new!
Together, we figure out which parts of that “new & different” are challenging and we work through them together.
Examples of collaboration topics could include re-envisioning roles, body positioning with feeding and carrying, prioritizing self-care routines, breathing & stretching exercises, and navigating new and complicated emotions & mental health.
