Formal Evaluations: $200-300/evaluation; assessment administration, scoring, written reports and parent conference included (Payment due at the conclusion of the evaluation).

Direct OT session: $100/hour, OT sessions are typically scheduled for 60 minutes. Direct OT sessions are inclusive of materials provided, follow up communications and travel (within 15 miles of office).

Virtual Consultation: $75.00/session, including follow up documentation & recommendations.

In-person Consultation: $100/session, including follow up documentation & recommendations

IEP, Transition to K, Medical Meetings: $50/hour for virtual or in-person meetings.


Cancelations: 24-hour notice of cancellation is requested for all appointments, whenever possible. “No Shows” are charged at 50% of fee. Please call, text or email ASAP if you need to cancel your appointment.
